Having not been to the gym for at least 2 weeks, I felt perhaps it would be best that I re-booted myself to go.
I never realised just how much my fitness level had deteriorated since my previous visit.
Before on the treadmill Julie and myself could run at least 7 to 8 minutes non stop...which if your thinking to yourself that isn't much believe me when we first joined we could not run even a minute without stopping!haaa
But, yesterday's gym sesh was a real eye opener. It took me 10 minutes to run a mile and a half!!
I am not a happy bunny!
So, it looks like I am going to have to really work my butt for the next couple of weeks in order to get the bikini body look I am after!
Bring on the blood, sweat, and tears...ohhh and more sweat!
Good times!
